feat(ui-trajectory): current-context strip under the ledger - #110

Replace the withdrawn surfaces (request-details Context tab, standalone context view) with the specified one: a horizontal band of equal-width blocks under the Trajectory ledger, one block per live model-visible surface item, landed compaction summaries striped. The strip derives the anchorless window live and never tracks ledger selection; clicking a block hands its sourceSeq to the ledger's one-shot inspect path, opening and scrolling to the owning record. CLI /context stays. Snapshot refreshed for the new region.
