As the unusual title says, this PR adds in the required changes that make the app work properly on all networks we plan to deploy it on:
Etherum MainnetGoerli TestnetXdai ChainXdai Chain ForkThis also adds in a bunch of constants that make it easier to display proper names based on the current network we're deployed on.
And of course, the
colonyServersubmodule is also updated to reflect the same changes we made here, but on the server side. See: JoinColony/colonyServer#127 for this.
