Updates the instructions to build from source.

Here's a summary of changes:

Before, the instructions asked people to navigate to JetBrainsMono/sources directory to run the gftools.
Now, the instructions ask people to run gftools from the root directory JetBrainsMono. This allows them to generate the variable fonts as well.
I've also added a link for Python installation
