when I load the plugin with gazebo, I get the following error:

And change the name in the model.config to not confuse with F1 model

Formula1 plugin directory has not been added to gazebo-setup.sh. Solve this and delete the following traces in plugin and this PR can be merged:

steering left -0.00166456
steering right 0.00110989
