What does this Pull Request do?
Cleans out the last few traces of CLAW in urls and references. This should get it all!
What's new?
Not much! Just some url updates and a few buried descriptions that just say "Islandora" now instead of "Islandora CLAW" (because why do this again when 9 comes out?)
How should this be tested?
Preview the files and verify that the links still work.
