Making an issue to hang on pull requests.

Now that we've made the big move, one of the most common sources of CLAW-based urls in the Islandora 8 repos is the CONTRIBUTING.md file. I've done an update on the file for islandora_defaults here: Islandora/islandora_defaults#15 that can be used as a model to copy+paste the others to CLAWlessness once it's approved.

Great newbie ticket for anyone who wants to get some practice with GitHub.
