Description
igx-grid throws an uncaught TypeError in IgxGridNavigationService.dispatchEvent() whenever + or = is pressed while a grid cell is focused — with or without a modifier key.

Steps to Reproduce
- Run the sample.
- Click any cell of the grid (so .igx-grid__tbody-content has focus).
- Press +, or Ctrl++(browser zoom-in).
Actual Result
An uncaught error reaches the application's ErrorHandler:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'rowIndex')
at IgxGridNavigationService.dispatchEvent (igniteui-angular-grids-core.mjs)
at IgxGridNavigationService.handleNavigation (igniteui-angular-grids-core.mjs)
at IgxGridComponent_Template_div_keydown_4_listener (igniteui-angular-grids-grid.mjs)
Expected Result
The key is ignored (it is not a navigation key); no error is thrown.

This is a regression introduced in version 21.2.12. Pressing any of the
ROW_ADD_KEYS('+', 'add', '≠', '±', '=') withoutAltcauses this error. Reproducible for all grids and can be tested in any demo in the documentation. For example, Grid Row Adding demo.Related #17605.
