NOTE: This change is currently incorporating changes from a personal fork ofbuildpacks/pack, as there were unresolvable dependency incompatibilities. This PR should not be merged until buildpacks/pack#960 is upstreamed, and the dependency replacement is removed.This change is non-functional.
