NBC MailBot Forwards to include original email #91
Comments
Raised as an addendum to #150; comment moved to correct issue. Originallly raised by @lfayter; When it's a form submission, on the sovereign council email template we've noticed the original enquiry is not appearing on the email body. The update appears on the email, but you then have to click into the attachment to view the original enquiry. When it's an email submission, both the original enquiry and update appear on the email body of the sovereign council email template. |
Testing Original Email & Updates: Original Query was attached and all details came across in template: Testing on Contact Us & Attachments to still be completed separately |
Query working as expected - retested under EMA020716 in live |
User Story/Requirement
As a CSA, when I forward a query using the NBC MailBot Process - this replicates the sovereign forwards which attaches the customers original query (and any attachments). (Attachments to be completed within #182)
Describe the solution you want to be used
When a query is forwarded in Northamptons CRM system to an email address - the forward places the original email as an attachment - _(and any attachments). (Attachments to be completed within #182)
Currently forwards are only including most recent update and no attachments. So these need to be submitted manually (upon request of the sovereign)
Describe alternatives you have considered
Currently have to use outlook to forward queries or Soviergn gets in touch with MailBot BA to forward the original email.

Template will need to be reviewed - MC to attached in comments.
