[Bug]: Playlists randomly pausing

Describe the bug

When switching to a new video on a playlist it randomly pauses requiring you to start the video again by pressing spacebar. Particularly frequent on long playlists and when sponsorblock autoskipped the very last part of the previous video (usually outro)

When it's paused is the new video loaded or still viewing the previous one?

Also for sponsorblock autoskipped the very last part of the previous video (usually outro)
Would be good if you can provide the exact video(s) & settings you are using so we can try to reproduce

I did more testing, it looks like the actual cause is the playlist not loading before you scroll down https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MH2JHRBQ6ng&list=PLrBjj4brdIRzn3ja4BfqYUForg0p-p5wi

If I start playing the above link in FT the playlist is loading for me
Is there some specific steps and/or config you are using that always reproduce the issue?

Also I am using latest dev version to test, I can switch back to 0.19.0 to test if you can provide enough info and I cannot reproduce it

It's any configurations and settings. Most likely same problem as #4086
It first started a couple weeks ago where it would be 50/50 whether playlists loaded or not but now I can't make them load at all

@anonaddict FreeTube downloads the entire list before it shows the playlist view on the watch page, so it already knows about all the videos, it just doesn't display stuff until you scroll down. Firstly to avoid performance problems (we used to show everything at once, but for large playlists that resulted in FreeTube freezing for up to a minute on a powerful machine and much longer on lower end ones with slower internet connections) and secondly so it can delay downloading the thumbnails until are actually needed.
