Searching for conserved structures between 5UTRs of homologous genes in different species using Infernal #46

Hi,
I now have a clear sequence and structure of a certain gene of a species.
I now want to find the conserved part of this structure in its homologous genes in other species. Can I use Infernal's cmsearch and other features to achieve this goal?
