ERROR: Controlled exit resulting from interrupt signal.

When I run gtdbtk classify_wf I encounter an error, at first I thought it was a python version issue, I switched from 3.12 to 3.8 but the error persists, the log file shows that the task was interrupted but I can be sure that the cpu and memory are sufficient. And when I run gtdbtk test, no error is reported, can you give me some guidance? Thanks a lot!

Hi Dear Developer, I seem to have found the reason for this, when I run :gtdbtk classify_wf --cpus 32 --out_dir 03.gtdb_out1 --genome_dir 02.drep/dRep99/dereplicated_genomes --extension fa --skip_ani_screen -f --pplacer_cpus 8, gtdbtk works fine, but when I remove the “-f”, this error comes up, so what should I do to fix it? Since adding the “-f” takes up a very large amount of memory (about 500g) and 76 bin runs for two hours, is there a faster and more memory efficient way to do this?
