Description of changes
Update paths of ctsm54 raw datasets to their /inputdata locations.
I started this branch from alpha-ctsm5.4.CMIP7 tag alpha-ctsm5.4.CMIP7.01.ctsm5.3.052, then I
I think this explains the 24 files changed. The number should reduce to two when #3206 gets merged (mkagfirepkmonthMod.F90 and gen_mksurfdata_namelist.xml) and to one when #3224 gets merged (gen_mksurfdata_namelist.xml).
