Add json-encoders for SecretStr/SecretByte #218
Description
Related to this issue and this PR, the configs with SecretBytes and SecretStr need json-encoders, so that the value can be retrieved from the cache in the single strategies. If not specified, the values might censored and useless in the strategy.
Moreover, it might be useful, if the censorship is optional, e.g. through an environmental variable.
