conf: add brandenberg-sqlite to nav

Added brandenberg-sqlite to nav.

Is the text for the nav item too long? If so, suggestions for accurate short text?~
Update: Assumed answer to be "No", because #150 gives short name in the /// html | header.

• required because use cases: broke down into separate files and fixed some headers that… #63¹

The short name I used matches the short name provided in /// html | header from #150, so I assume it is correct. If I am wrong to assume this, please ping me with new title or open a PR.
