chore(deps): bump libdd-crashtracker from v43.0.0 to v44.0.0

This preserves the Dependabot update from #276.

libdd-crashtracker v44 enables proxy support on its own libdd-common dependency. A maintainer follow-up removes the obsolete feature-only dependency from the Node binding.
