… + banner Update CHANGELOG, README, and SECURITY to cover the in-flight feature/fix work: - CHANGELOG [Unreleased]: per-Space retention caps (Added); shared RequestGuard rate-limit+audit and tab-bar markup escaping (Security); streaming size-cap, off-loop DNS, URL-keyed tabs, and the restored CI matrix / tui-less core job (Changed); the monitor/redirect/CLI/group_tabs/blank-env fixes (Fixed). - README: document the PERPLEXITY_MAX_HISTORY_PER_SPACE / _MAX_TABS_PER_SPACE retention knobs in Configuration. - SECURITY: note that the rate-limit + audit guard now covers the TUI and background tasks, the streaming size-cap enforcement, and the bounded store. Also add the standard project banner to the README and the doc footer to the other Markdown docs, per the repo convention. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
