feat: name the next action on the opened Demo Corp member (v1.2.0)

After #203, Open period report 2026-W02 landed Demo Corp members under the next action and said to open a post. Clicking Public post opened the live body, but the panel still said to open a post.

What changed

Stacked on #74 (feat/role-responsibility-agent-ontology @ 37a652c, includes #203). Do not merge before #74.

• Opening Public post from the landed Demo Corp report names the next action: that post is open from Demo Corp, so read Event Lineage, Keyman, and evaluation.
• The opened member is current.
• The live body is unchanged. No cutoff body is invented (ADR 0016). No TEPP theta is invented.

Tests

• frontend/src/App.test.tsx — same-week landing still lists Demo Corp first; opening Public post updates the next-action status and marks the member current.
• cd frontend && pnpm run lint && pnpm run test && pnpm run build — oxlint clean, 66 passed, production build ok.

Next action: Keep #74 unmerged until independent review. Do not merge this PR before #74. Leave cursor drafts #142–#191. #192 stays the preferred main-line chip landing.
