Ties are cut off on raster graphics

Current Behavior

A late change has shown that we cut off some ties and slurs likely when rendering to raster graphics:

Expected Behavior

Ties and slurs should not be cut.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run test NotationLegend > repeat-bar-default
2. Run test NotationLegend > repeat-bar-songbook

We currently do not consider ties as part of the layout process. This was somehow on purpose due to the nature of ties connecting two notes. The position of notes can change quite significantly, changing the space needed for ties/slurs also significantly. Ties even might be cut into two when there is a line break.

We might need to add the ties into the normal layout process to get correctly considered. At least we need to "ask" the ties how much overflow they need to be correctly displayed.
