Fix for the issue described in #895, similar to the fix in MSAL.NET AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-dotnet#5238
Certain scenarios that use the IMDS code path were failing because the query parameter
mi_res_idwas being used instead ofmsi_res_id, so this PR just adjusts the resource ID query parameter used for IMDS.
