Action items from 7/23 meeting:

• Add a multi-workspace logs query code sample to the samples directory.
• Add an "Advanced scenarios" section to the README. Within that section, provide a link to the multi-workspace logs query code sample.
• Add a logs query response object hierarchy tree to the README.
• Add a basic metrics query example to https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-js/tree/main/sdk/monitor/monitor-query#examples. Within that section, explain how to locate the resource ID. See the other 3 languages' READMEs for that text.
• Add a metrics query response object hierarchy tree to the README.
