deps: migrate mcp-go to v2.0.0 #10603
Description
Dependency upgrade requiring source changes
Migrate github.com/mark3labs/mcp-go to github.com/mark3labs/mcp-go/v2@v2.0.0.
This newer major module path is intentionally excluded from the dependency-only updates in #10572 because it requires source import changes.
Acceptance criteria
- Update all matching core/extension imports and direct requirements together.
- Run
go mod tidyand preserve core/extension shared direct version alignment. - Compile core and all 18 Go extensions.
- Pass short unit suites in every source-affected module.
- Do not introduce local azd SDK replacements.

The implemented migration in #10604 now explicitly preserves the existing 2025-11-25 initialized-session protocol. MCP v1+ changes protocol defaults and deprecates sampling, so #10572 stops at v0.58.0. Legacy initialization and sampling forwarding have regression coverage; all 19 modules build, affected short suites/lint and MCP race tests pass. No modern stateless-protocol compatibility override is enabled.
