Drop down menu color changes to white on green after a right click

Steps to reproduce

PROBLEM:

• Go to the main menu on - ontarioltc101.ca
• Click on an item to open a submenu.
  You see the black text and grey back
• Now "right" click on one of the the top level main menu items without opening a new page
• Click again on the page somewhere without it reloading to click the right click options
• Hover over the main menu again. All the down menus now have white text with a green background
• Why?

WHAT I FOUND:

• Video of it

• Barnsbury theme
• Personal plan, no plugins
• No green set in the colors in customizer
• It happens in the customizer too.
• User doesn't have CSS option to adjust this?
• Not using FSE
• On a test site, I found that it is green natively on the site but if I change the theme palette it removes that.

What you expected to happen

The menu to reflect the colors set in the customizer

You get white on green text again
