[MFT] Use residual instead of measurement to make Mille records

This PR is hijacked to also bring the following modifications:

• store and provide access to MillePede alignment corrections, errors and pulls
• use ClassDefOverride instead of ClassDef to avoid countless warnings by ROOT interpreter when running macro calling MillePede devoted classes

The failed build/O2/o2 process reported the failure to be due to

475/475 Test #432: o2sim_hepmc ..........................................................................***Timeout 400.06 sec

May I ask you some advice on the possible steps to solve this reported failure? The changes in the PR are a priori not related to o2sim_hepmc. Can this failure be due to a temporary issue on the machine that ran the build? It is possible to re-run this check?
