Separated setting from networked crosshair based on this feedback:

I don't think it makes sense to save and network whether to preview the dynamic crosshair or not with the rest of the crosshair settings

The way it looks currently, it's behavior seems unintuitive compared to how it's laid out
I know it's gonna be very tricky but a button with "test crosshair" text would fit this behavior better I think

looks great, I've merged it to resolve conflicts and shortened the text in the button a bit, it's getting crowded with the new reset to default button
