Remove explicit loading of advice data from MastForests on load #1908
Description
We should be able to essentially revert the advice-related changes from #1461, since the FastProcessor and Process now load the advice data from a MAST forest into the advice provider when it is loaded through get_mast_forest. This should therefore be the case for both note script and account code MAST forests (for which advice data loading was added in that PR).
