Update the snap package

The snap package in the stable channel is still on 2.0.13

Can you please update it to 2.0.14?

It might be a good idea to set up a GitHub action to push the snap on release, since it's the top Linux installation method and would avoid this kind of issue in the future.

As far as I know only @zyedidia has the account/rights to perform the update of the release at snapcraft.
