Enable deep link for iOS

Related to #4751 and follow up for #4775. React native code is covered by #4775 so the only thing that remains for iOS is to enable deep link from native code. This should be fairly simple to do.

If possible also include a cli based approach to test the feature in iOS similar to the android one in #4775.
