Explicit "New topic" UI

Users really should be able to create topics in the mobile app.

OK adding again, users CAN create new topics on mobile but it is completely not obvious how to do it. You have to start writing a message in an existing topic, then EDIT the topic (that's what it looks like you'll be doing anyway) and post your message. It will actually create a NEW topic and not edit the old one.

The webapp has at the bottom of the message list, when the compose box is closed, a distinct "New topic" button:

It'd be good to find an appropriate design to do something similar in the mobile app.
