Login notifications say "An unknown browser on an unknown operating system"

When you log in through the Flutter app, the email the server sends you to say there was a new login has the line:
> Device: An unknown browser on an unknown operating system.

I believe this will be fixed by #406. But after we've done that, we should check this is fixed and adjust as necessary.
