[SUGGESTION] Determine SSO for DDS

To leverage SSO via the Zowe APIML, we need to understand how SSO can work for DDS. Currently, Zebra sends username and password to authenticate when retrieving metrics, we need to understand what other options there are, so we can know if APIML can be used for SSO. For example, can passtickets be sent?
