fix: register client module as dsh-commandcode-usage and expand peerDependencies

Summary

1. Fix client module registration ID:

   • In client.js, the module was registered with id: "@deepseek-ai/usage-panel", which caused DSH's frontend module loader (ClientModuleSystem) to fail with:

     client-modules: bundle ... loaded without registering "dsh-commandcode-usage" via __ModuleLoader__.load
     

   • Updated the ID to "dsh-commandcode-usage".

2. Support DSH pre-release peer dependencies:

   • Expanded @deepseek-ai/dsh-tools peer range to ">=0.1.0-rc.5 || ^0.1.5-rc.1" to satisfy SemVer resolution for versions like 0.1.5-rc.2 in DSH Desktop.

3. Add repository field in package.json:

   • Added repository linking to GitHub.
