Purpose
This PR updates the French translation of zonemaster-cli in preparation of the v2023.1 release.

See issue #323.

Updates French translations.
How to test this PR
Most new translations seem to apply to
--helptext. Runningzonemaster-cli --helpand looking at the newly-introduced options since the last release should yield new translated text. Some options have been deprecated as well, and the updated translated text should reflect it as well.
