The project was divided into seven sprints throughout the semester. members in the team took part in a different role to gain new experience. Went through the Software Development Life Cycle multiple times. Took part in the Data Manager, Backend, Quality Assurance, and Scrum Master. Demonstrated our project in front of stakeholders to showcase our progress.
