All keys in the JSON payload are now lowercase and the output of --dry-run has been improved by printing the payload as marshaled into JSON.

The fullname for the github repository (owner/repo) is now sent to the server in a custom HTTP header, as required by felf servers[1]. [1] zoftko/felf@98473b7#diff-d91468ec5b8c9cc77bbddaf78bea54eeade507b0a455b1b09d99628aef013968

JSON fields are now marshaled in all lowercase and a new header has been added to identify the repository, this header is required by felf servers and was added in the following commit:
