packaging/msp430-47: remove msp430-47-gdb from dependencies

gdb doesn't work in the 47 toolchain.  Needs lots of work.  Isn't worth
it.  The RedHat/TI gdb 4.9 toolchain will surplant so any time spent on
the 4.7 gdb is a waste.   And the problems are non-trivial.
