Refactor calculator design #402
Description
Currently, to run CP2k we use the CP2KSinglePoint node. We also have the the Prediction node to apply a calcultor.
It would be nicer to follow the mlipx way to define the calculators externally and have an applycalculator node that uses Laufband and can use any calculator.
