style guide: provide convention on sorting imports #14430
Description
A while ago I started working on providing code actions for sorting import statements in zls zigtools/zls#881. Having a convention that is provided by the zig style guide would be a reasonable addition in my opinion.
Is this something that could be included into the style guide? If so, how should it look like?
