running Combat-seq with SVA resaults

Hi,

I have an RNASeq experiment with three time points and an unknown batch effect. I want to use the SVA result as batch information for Combat-seq, but I get the following error:

ComBat-seq doesn't support 1 sample per batch yet
Is there any way to run ComBat-seq with unknown batch effects or the results from the SVA?
