ComBat-seq doesn't support 1 sample per batch yet

Hi @zhangyuqing,

I have RNAseq data from 3 batches: c("3", "1", "2", "1", "2") but batch3 only has one sample. When running ComBat_seq, it gives error:

Can I ask if it's possible for ComBat_seq to support one sample per batch?
