Crash when using block placers and breakers on a flying machine

I have a few other addons but they shouldn't effect it crash happened when I launched the flying machine over a long distance.

It appears that the server tried to send a tile entity to the client from a coordinate that didn't have a tile entity stored. There have been multiple issues with tile entities not getting pushed and/or sent to clients correctly and I'm still trying to find the cause. Hopefully this will help track down the problem.
