Stores data to output in a temporary buffer and only outputs data to a file if the data is different to the file's existing data (assuming it exists). This prevents a random occurance whereby sysbuild reconfigures itself after a reconfiguration for no known discernable reason Signed-off-by: Jamie McCrae <spam@helper3000.net>
