[v3.7] net: wifi: NM type check is incorrect #76403

This issue is created to allow backporting to 3.7.
The NM iface type check should use (1 << WIFI_TYPE_STA),
instead of WIFI_TYPE_STA. Same for WIFI_TYPE_SAP.
