[nrf] nrf GPIO does not have sense configuration value

Reported by Youvedeep Singh:

sense configuration alow the SOC to detect a GPIO even in sleep/Low power mode.

As per datasheet :-
sense allow Configuration of GPIO pins through :-
RW SENSE

   Disabled 0 Disabled
   High 2 Sense for high level
   Low 3 Sense for low level

Currently nrf does not allow it.

This issue does not exist, as the nrf52 can wake form GPIO sensing.
