Broken links to CERT-C pages in the Main rules table of the Coding Guidelines documentation page.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open Coding Guidelines documentation
- Click any of the CERT-C links
Expected behavior
Go to correct, current CERT-C link.

Additional context
SEI's CERT-C recently changed its URL scheme to include words from the title of the guideline and remove the backslash at the end, which broke all of our links.
