Unable to transmit data using interrupt driven API with nrf UARTE peripheral #15336

Describe the bug
TX using interrupt driven API with nrf UARTE peripheral is not working in some cases.
To Reproduce
Using hci host with interrupt driven API using nrf UARTE peripheral.
Expected behavior
TX working.
Impact
It is impossible to use hci host on nordic devices. Especially nrf91
