Scheduling Requirements

Populate / extend the requirements documents with scheduling requirements

• analyze existing requirements in the Zephyr System Requirements and Software Requirements
  strictDoc files regarding completeness to the associated docs (https://docs.zephyrproject.org/latest/kernel/services/scheduling/index.html) and source files sched.c
• add the requirements to the section/file associated with Scheduling in a sdoc file, if no section or file exists, add new section (https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/reqmgmt/tree/main/docs/system_requirements) or file (https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/reqmgmt/tree/main/docs/software_requirements)
• establish linking between requirements (Software to System Requirements), using sdoc requirements linking functionality

• analyse existing requirements in the Zephyr High Level Requirements and the Functional Requirements sdco files regarding completeness to the docs and source files that are associated with Scheduling (sched.c, sched_priq.h, ksched.h, timeout_q.h, idle.h)
• add the new requirements to the sections associated with Scheduling in the sdoc files
• establish linking from Functional to High Level Requirements
