Issues with interacting with NOT interacting with bookmark bar.

when having the transparent bookmarks bar, it becomes impossible to click behind it to your webpage, which can make it difficult to navigate menus.

same here. it's like the bookmark bar is still there even if its transparent.

yeah, it gets really annoying. the trigger point needs to be set lower

same problem here, and it exists even if the Bookmark panel is hidden at the moment with auto-hide feature.
(like if you enable Auto-hide: Expand when searching)
i mean, i cant click on DevTools Responsive Design Mode Settings panel (or whatever its called)

I tried to fix it, the animation stutters sometimes, but it works good and as expected.
It's been more than 2 weeks now I don't even know if my PR was checked...
