What happened?

Zen crashes / freezes for unknown reason and requires a shutdown to get it unfroze. Windows 11

Expected behavior

pages will be operable

Actual behavior

pages freeze

Steps to reproduce

web site (youtube) suddenly and unexpectedly stops working. must close all windows to get up operational again. Windows 11
