top tool bar and close/minimize buttons on title bar overlap on windows

What happened?

i had the only side bar mode turned on (so the tool bar is hidden when my cursor is not hovering over it)
and then i had title bar turned on
the original top bar and buttons on the title bar overlapsed

Expected behavior

expect the buttons to be not covered by the tool bar

Actual behavior

button and tool bar overlapsed

Steps to reproduce

• turn on title bar
• use only side bar mode

hello, I couldn't quite reproduce this issue, I am on the right windows version 1.18.10b, and Titlebar looks fine on my end.

Can repro with title bar on, most visible when using a lighter theme

Quickly turned the title bar off again as it wastes vertical space, doesn't hide in compact mode and I prefer the integrated toolbar.
